If you are interested in participating in the Promotional Actions organized within the specialized fair and/or in receiving offers for products and/or services from the Organizer and/or Exhibitors, including updates regarding all specialized fairs organized by the Organizer, it is necessary to provide, as applicable, some of your personal data, namely: 1. full name, 2. phone number, and 3. email address.
To simplify this process and to ensure compliance with your rights regarding the safe processing of personal data, you will provide this personal information only once, at the access points to the specialized fair, by completing the electronic form available on the Eventiful online platform, accessible via electronic devices (computers, tablets) that will be provided for this purpose. Upon completion, an electronic wristband will be generated for you, containing your full name and a QR code.
In this way, you will not need to provide your personal data to each Exhibitor whose products and/or services you are interested in. Instead, you may simply allow those Exhibitors to scan your electronic wristband whenever you wish, so that the personal data you provided upon entering the fair will be shared with the Exhibitors to whom you granted scanning permission — with no additional effort required on your part.
Please note that your access to the specialized fair is not in any way conditional upon providing the personal data mentioned above. However, we inform you that any personal data you choose to provide by completing the electronic form will be processed in accordance with the Information Notice available within the electronic form itself, in the automatic email you will receive, in printed format on roll-up displays located at the fair’s access points, and on the official event website at the following link: https://www.sib.ro/nota-informare
