If you no longer wish to receive informational and promotional messages related to events organized by the Organizer and/or Exhibitors, or regarding their products and services, or if you have any requests concerning the processing and protection of your personal data, please send a request to the Data Protection Officer at the following email address: DORA.PATRASCU@KGR.RO. Your request will be addressed as promptly as possible, while observing the ONE-MONTH deadline stipulated under Article 12(3), first sentence, of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) No. 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council (commonly referred to as the GDPR).

To help speed up the otherwise lengthy process of identifying the database(s) in which your data may have been recorded and the personal data you provided, we kindly ask you to specify:

the edition of the event you attended (e.g., Bucharest Real Estate Fair, October 2022), and

the email address and phone number you submitted via the Eventiful online platform at that time.

For data protection reasons, we kindly ask that the above information be sent either through an encrypted (password-protected) email, or as a password-protected document/archive attached to an unencrypted email.
